Refurbishing, or in some cases virtually rebuilding Piers and Jetties has become a specialism of NJM despite the complexity of such projects. Innovation and deployment of our various techniques, despite tidal constraints on this area of civil engineering, has given clients keen pricing and rapid completion of their projects.

Total solutions, include mechanical, electrical services, both on shore and ship to shore and are an integral part of our capabilities. Ownership of and access to specialist plant requirements enable any marine project to be under taken.

Nuttall John Martin have also been responsible for refurbishment and / or reconstruction of Victorian seaside structures which have reached a critical state of repair or which a revitalised role is envisaged.

This work has built up a wealth of experience marrying old and new construction techniques to enable historical structures to keep their original appearance and decor when tidal expertise is called for.
